Profitably managing more diverse print runs

Founded in 1974 and based in Oss, The Netherlands, Kampert-Nauta was originally a general commercial printer. However, recognising a shift in customer demands for shorter turnarounds, in 2014, the company changed the focus of the business to become a fully automated online printer.

Since operating as an online printer, Kampert-Nauta has experienced strong demand for shorter run lengths and decreased time to market. To meet these evolving customer needs, the company looked to expand its production capabilities with a press that could profitably produce high-quality output, while successfully integrating it into its existing automated workflow.

Richard Kampert, Managing Director, explains the decision, “We were immediately excited by the possibilities that the varioPRINT iX3200 could offer our business. Whether we’re producing 10 prints or 2,000, not only can we manage more diverse print runs, but we can do so profitably and without the need to pass on any extra costs to our customers.”

The printer combines high quality on thick media with maximum productivity – that’s a golden combination for us.
