The Ultra Plan bundles together:
● Servicing and maintenance
● Consumables (excluding paper)
● Managed print services
● With Direct Debit peace of mind (extended payment terms from 30 to 45 days).
However, additional services outside of the plan scope may incur extra charges. -
Yes, toner is included as part of the Ultra Plan and is automatically replenished provided that the device must be connected to eMaintenance for this service to function.
