PRE-ORDER FAQS
You can place a pre-order in the same way as a regular order. Simply select the item, add it to your basket and complete the checkout process.
No. When you place a pre-order, your card will be authorised but you will not be charged at checkout. Payment will only be taken when your item is ready to ship.
Unfortunately, you cannot change the card details once your pre-order has been placed. If you need to update your payment method, please contact our Customer Service team for support.
Yes, you can place an order that includes both pre-order and in-stock items. However, if you need your other item or items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for them.
Yes. Your card has been authorised for €0.00, but no payment has been taken. Payment will be taken once your pre-order item is in stock and ready to be dispatched.
Yes. We will email you before attempting to take payment for your pre-order. After the first payment attempt, we will also email you to confirm whether the payment was successful or unsuccessful.
Your payment may be unsuccessful for several reasons, such as insufficient funds or restrictions from your bank. We recommend checking your balance and contacting your bank if you continue to experience issues.
We will attempt to take payment three times in total, over three consecutive days. If all three payment attempts are unsuccessful, your pre-order will be cancelled.
You can find the estimated shipping date for your pre-order on our website. Please note that this date is an estimate and we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on this date.
Yes. Please contact our Customer Service team, who may be able to cancel your pre-order before it has been dispatched. Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. If your item has already been dispatched, please wait until it has been delivered and then follow our returns process.
