Through the partnership, Abbey Office Solutions will become a sole Canon reseller – offering Canon’s renowned product and business solution portfolio to its customers across Southern England. 

It will specialise in Canon devices such as the imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX, iSENSYS X and imagePRESS product ranges.  It will also provide its customers with expertise around Canon’s software solutions – including uniFLOW Online, an award-winning cloud-based print and scan management platform.

Established by businessman and charity ambassador Wayne Loon in 1995, Abbey Office Solutions began as a back-room operation supported only by a small bank loan.  Since then, it has grown to become a respected business, providing schools and numerous organisations in the local area with printers, photocopiers and office furniture.  In this next exciting phase of the business’ growth, Abbey Office Solutions has plans to double the number of staff it employs, with new starters in sales and service being onboarded in the coming weeks.  A move it hopes will help meet the increased demand the new partnership with Canon will bring.

Through the partnership, Abbey Office Solutions will have access to in-depth training on the Canon product range, as well as benefiting from a whole host of Learning & Development resources through the Canon Partner Learning Hub.  It will also join Canon’s New Starter Programme, which will allow its sales teams to learn a variety of new skills to help drive profitability. 

The business will also be enrolled into Canon’s Partner Programme, a scheme created to provide Canon’s partners with the tools they require to meet today’s customer needs and to grow.  As a Silver Partner, Abbey Office Solutions will have access to market insight, business planning resources, exclusive events, marketing and sales support, and incentive programmes - all delivered through Canon’s Partner Portal.  Canon will also work closely with Abbey Office Solutions to identify shared goals and provide dedicated account support.
