FAQ: How do I temporarily turn the stamp feature OFF on my laserfax L2000 / L2000 IP?

If you have set TX STAMP to TX STAMP ON, documents are stamped according to the setting made in the STAMP ACTION menu.

Follow the procedure below to temporarily turn OFF the TX STAMP feature.

  1. Place your documents on the machine.
  2. Open all three one-touch speed dialing panels.
(The panels are located in the middle on the top right hand side.)
  3. [Stamp (Option)].
  4. If you do not want to stamp document pages, press the "Up" or "Down" arrow until "TX STAMP OFF" is shown on the display.
  5. Press [OK].

If you want to turn the stamp feature ON, select "TX STAMP ON".

  6. Close all three one-touch speed dialing panels and continue the procedure for sending the document.
