You can change the Alarm volume in the "User Settings" of the fax B160 / B180C.

  • Press Function.
  • Press Data Registration.
  • Use the arrows until you see "User Settings" in the display.
  • Press Set.
  • Use the arrows until you see "Volume Control" in the display.
  • Press Set.
  • Use the arrows until you see "Alarm Volume" in the display.
  • Press Set.
  • Now you can change the volume.
  • Press Set.
  • Press stop.
