On-Site Repairs

Depending on the product, we'll arrange for either an on site or return to base warranty repair.

In-Home/Office

On-site repairs

Next Working Day - Facsimile, All-in-Ones, Projectors and Personal Copiers.

With a 'next business day' response for business products, a Canon technician will be on site the following working day (Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm) and excluding bank holidays).
 

Return to Base repairs

Compact APS Cameras, Compact 35mm Cameras, EOS Cameras, EOS lenses, Digital Cameras, Analogue Camcorders, Digital Camcorders, Bubblejet Printers, Binoculars and Film Scanners, have a Return to Base warranty. The customer services helpline will advise if any product should be returned to the Canon Service Centre.

Please note: Customers are required to pay the postage when returning products to our Service Centre.
