If the optional stamp feature is installed on your machine, you can set the machine to stamp the front, lower left corner of every page you scan for sending.

Setting Up the Stamp Feature

Follow this procedure to set up the stamp feature.

IMPORTANTThe stamp feature is available as an option. If the stamp option is not provided on your machine, you cannot access this setting.

  1. Open all three one-touch speed dialing panels.
  2. Press [Data Registration].
  3. Use the arrows until until you see "3.FAX SETTINGS" on the display. Then press [OK].
  4. Use the arrows until you see "7.SYSTEM SETTINGS" on the display. Then press [OK].

    If the prompt "SYSTEM SETTINGS PASSWORD" is displayed, enter the System Administrator's password using the numeric keys and press (OK).

  5. Use the arrows until you see "4.FAX DEFAULT" on the display. Then press [OK].
  6. Use the arrows until you see "5.TX STAMP" on the display. Then press [OK].

    NOTE: This item does not appear on the menu unless your machine is equipped with the stamp option.

  7. Use the arrows until you see <TX STAMP OFF> or <TX STAMP ON> on the display. Then press [OK].
  8. Press (Stop) to return to the Standby mode.
